Brenton Aboretum on Earth Day



















































It was an awesome day here! We learned a lot of really cool stuff about trees today from Kay Meyer, the director of the arboretum! She was wonderful and so fun to walk with around the arboretum. She was very child friendly as well (she homeschooled her 3 grown kids, I learned later). We saw buckeye trees up close (see photo of the green buds) and found buckeyes as well. How was your Earth Day?
