Some of these photos were taken a few hours before our fun day at the fair ended. I was sad to have to go since we didn't see everything, but we were pooped. I took some photos of the other side of the Capitol building on our way home. I got a nice photo of the Iowa Judicial Branch building and one of downtown Des Moines. I didn't get any decent photos of the all animals we saw. There were some beauties!
The State Fair is one of last big fun fests of the summer. But we have one last festival next weekend and we are VERY excited! The next festival will not cost us gas and is almost free. ;)
