Just in case I want to ever highlight my hair again without testing a strand of hair first....I must look at this post of my hair. My sister loves it. I am leery. But I will live! On the other hand I love the way my nails turned out. I did them myself. I have been indulging in doing my nails and toe nails. I love my glittery toe nails and fingernails. I had a blue-green color on my nails last week. I have been trying new colors and looks, as you can see. Those of you who have known me for years, know this is something different! What will be next???? A tattoo? Let's not get carried away. Maybe just a temporary one--for Halloween again (see 2006 Halloween posts).
I'm still exercising. I try to do arm curls, push ups, sit ups, go on walks, bike ride, or swim at least every day or every other day. It has helped me to maintain my weight. I have lost a few pounds this summer, but nothing to write home about.
I better get back to packing for our trip to Austin tomorrow....hope you are having a happy week!

I think you just look "sun kissed!" Glad to hear you're doing ok - I think you are strong, brave woman to undertake such a long trip on top of all the stresses you're going through right now. Can't wait to see you when you get back to Iowa!!

Thanks, Karen for your kind words. I should have taken a photo of myself in the sunlight. It is more than sunkissed and some of the roots on top are dark brown. I am debating on whether or not to just die it all brown or another color; like blonde. :)
