Bursting with life

This is such a fun time of year in Iowa. I never get sick of the mild spring weather and the gorgeous flowers. This morning I was able to squeeze all our bikes and bike trailer in the back of our minivan and away we went to Gray's Lake to ride the two mile trail around the lake. There were lots of dog walkers and walkers. The park was bustling with young families as well as picnickers. We brought sandwiches and apples and were set for a few hours of sunshine. Camden enjoyed the ride in the trailer. He was entertained by the many dogs, people, and water. The breeze was just perfect too! And Holden does great on the trail as well and has no problem keeping up. I just need to make time to get my gears and brakes adjusted on my garage sale bike. Other than that I am pleased with everything, especially the FREE bike trailer!!
