The blue bell is the sweetest flower
That waves in summer air;
Its blossoms have the mightiest power
To soothe my spirit's care. --Emily Jane Bronte

This is our first spring to experience blue bells and I am in love! This place is not far from our house, so we will be going back again very soon. This is the first weekend this year that we have had trees with leaves, so it was extra special to be out. We encountered several hikers enjoying the sights, but most of the time it felt like our private woods and river. The trail with the most blue bells is east of the bird blind. Take the first fork to the right. We never regret getting out each season to see what nature has in store for us. The best things in life are free.

Yes, it was a lovely day here! Much love to all!
