48 Hours

In about 48 hours we will be in ultra high gear getting the Suburban packed for our big take off. I am making lots of lists here today for packing, errands, hubby's to do, and notes for our rockin' friend who will be watching our house and Shadow. A trip like this is really unheard of for most people and we realize how lucky we are. We are leaving here and heading through SD. We'll sleep at a friend's in MT. Then we're heading to a fun filled 4 day weekend at the Red Lion in Vancouver, WA to attend a conference that is really more of a big party with some amazing people. This big party (Life is Good Conference) is going to help kick our butts into a more peaceful and connected adventure with ourselves and boys. It is the ultimate family vacation to create harmony. There are lots of these conferences all over the country and some around the world now. Living in peace with our children is something we strive for. And we look forward to the teen years because there will be no need for them to rebel.

And after this big party we will plan to spend some time with family and friends. And on the way home we are headed to Yellowstone National Park to camp (yes, we have a weather proof tent) for about five days. So we have to pack for summer, winter, indoor and outdoor weather. lol. Lots of fun I tell ya. It will be worth it though. Oh and there is no wi-fi in Yellowstone. We will be off the grid for days at a time on this trip. It will be good for us. We will have time to digest some things without many distractions. And we can do some dream building and planning. We have lots to think about.

My hubby is on his way home from Ohio for a class trip. He'll be home later today. So I am going to get off here and go take care of my lists so I can enjoy him tonight. He was missed.
