The party never ends. It was a really fun week here celebrating Camden's birthday. Yesterday was his actual birthday, so naturally last night was the grand finale. We invited his neighbor buddies; guys and gals. After cupcakes with ice cream and pizza, presents for the guests and Camden, and punch balloon wars, they asked for a dance party. So we moved the furniture and let them dance with the music up loud. Then the boys played hide and seek in the dark while I chatted with the girls. Once things died down the older boys played a computer game and the girls played Legos with a the younger boys and Camden. A few of the girls had never played with Legos; it was neat to see them so interested in them. Camden was the youngest and he was the wildest! He had a lot of fun! Cliff and I enjoyed seeing Camden have a good time. There were a few melt downs over the day, but overall it was a very fun time. Holden even had a friend ask to spend the night because he was having such a good time, and we said yes. But too bad his mom wanted him home by 7:15 a.m. A teen that had never been to our house told her sister who was coming that she wanted pizza. So I called her to invite her over. She came and never left the whole time. She smiled at me after an hour or so and said, you all have a lot of fun here, don't you? If she only knew how much...
