Holden's party

Today we had a small birthday party for Holden. He will be six on Dec. 9th. This morning we woke up to ice and rain, so our in town family and friends couldn't make it. All our neighbor friends came and we had fun. The kids went outside to sled, they played games, drew pictures, and the boys wrestled. Considering we couldn't drive anywhere, we had a fun day!

Holden's wish when he blew out his candles was for his dad to be here. I almost cried when I heard that. But I thought it was so incredibly sweet! He is very close with his dad and misses him very much. We all miss Cliff.

I better get back to some other things I need to do while all is calm here. Peace to all and happy December!!!
