Family time

Cliff came home from working out of town on Wednesday night to spend some time with us before heading to California on Sunday for two weeks. He is finishing some training for the Navy Reserves to become an electrician. This time with him is going so quickly. We had a lot of errands to do. We did take some time to have a little fun though! We went fishing, made a bonfire, and grilled out today. It was not as relaxing as we had hoped but it was still nice. We had been mostly inside all week due to the rain and cool temps. Now warmer and sunnier weather is here! Yippee! And we have a date tonight and will be going out tomorrow with friends. It should be a fun weekend until we have to say goodbye!

On a side note, we have been going to the YMCA to exercise and the kids love the nursery. Also, a fellow blogger wrote about a colon cleanse type regimen and so I am trying one myself. So far I've lost a pound this week. It is a gentle cleanse for first timers by Renew (?). I am trying to eat as healthy as possible during the cleanse. I felt real tired and achy the first two days. It is a 15 day plan and the cleanse is all natural. I take two capsules in the morning 1/2 and hour before I eat and two at night before dinner. I'm supposed to drink a lot of water and eat as much raw fruits and veggies as possible. So far I can't feel a huge difference. We'll see how I feel next week.

Just thought I'd post this real quick before Camden wakes up from his nap. Cliff is mowing the grass and I am going to run to the grocery store for a few things we forgot. Hope everyone out there is having a blast!!!
