I can't think of a better way to welcome spring than by going to a St. Patrick's Day Parade!!!! We are headed to downtown Des Moines, and if we are *lucky* it will warm up to the low 50s and we will see some sun. The exciting energy and music always leave me feeling grateful and joyful.

Added later: We had a fun time!!! The best was seeing all the other dogs and making bets on if the sun would make an appearance....it finally came out about an hour after we got home. Hooray!!! We didn't stay for the whole parade because we were cold. We all wore green, too. Some of us had jackets over our green though. Even Shadow was given some beads to wear. LOL.

We didn't get to attend a St. Patty's Day parade this year, so thanks for the pictures!! Enabled me to do a little vicarious loving of the Irish!
Glad someone else loves parade adventures. Every year as the kids get older, it get's more easier and more fun! They love it!
