Phase one

Here is what I will look like after I get my contacts this week. I went for a walk today and did my sit ups. But after seeing my double chin in this picture I feel like fasting and doing more sit ups. LOL. Baby steps...baby steps. Even though I look older than I'd like, worn and chubby I still feel better about myself and healthier. I have a cold too (see my red nose)! If my sister, Heidi, sees this pic--this is for you, Sis--you love me the way I am and say my pics make you smile. :~) Thanks!!!

On another note, a neighbor came over today and gave me some homeschooling books she had in a box. She was really nice. She thought about homeschooling her eldest daughter years ago, who is now in middle school. One of the books is an unschooling book. Such a small world!

Off to get some stuff done around here and try to relax some too. Peace out world!

I found you through the unschoolers ring. You do not have a double chin. I have a double chin. I should know what one looks like!

Gosh you all are way too kind! But I see myself naked in the mirror everyday after a shower. So I know what I know and we all are in our 30s or 40s and know what we know. I want my prebaby shape back at the moment. I want my energy back too. It is not that I am vain or trying to be whiney either. I know you moms know what I mean. I love my kids and want to be the best I can be and be more active. I have gone thru this two others times already and now I am older and busier.

P.S. Heather in AK please add me to be able to read your blog. I am brownsplus2@yahoo.com THANKS!!! Hestia I read your blog! Very cool!!

Just added you Heather...I'll probably go back to not being private after I get rid of some personal info on the blog. I had a reporter looking at my blog and I was just being a little cautious since I have kids and all!

I feel the same way about my body...it is not the same prebaby having body. I have lost my weight but I haven't got my tone or shape back to where I would like it to be.

Heather, you look great! You just got to learn to embrace the flaws. We are our own worst enemies when it comes to things like our bodies!
