I noticed I screwed up when I said it'd be ready in 15 min. It's 50 min. by my pizza dough cycle. <br /><br />Also, if you don't have bread flour you can add 1 T. gluten.<br /><br />I notice it rises much better and has a thicker edge than it does without the added gluten. I do it in a breadma...I LOVE my pizza dough recipe. I do it in a breadmaker, though, so if you don't have one...ummm,..I don't know how it will work.<BR/><BR/>Large - makes 2 pizzas<BR/><BR/>1 1/3 c. water<BR/> 1/4 c. olive oil<BR/> 1/2 t. salt<BR/> 1 t. sugar<BR/> 4 c. bread flour<BR/> 2 t. yeast<BR/><BR/>liquids first, then dry, making well on top for yeast to be added.
